Abstract: |
Latex proteins are divided into binding proteins and water-soluble proteins, while the water-soluble
proteins are recognized allergen of natural rubber. The adsorption precipitation method and enzyme hydrolysis method
are used to handle the latex and act on different types of proteins. The deproteinized natural rubbers by different
preparation had been studied,on and investigated the effect on appearance of natural rubber,Mooney viscosity,
curing characteristics, mechanical properties and so on. The results showed that the properties including mooney
viscosity, mechanical properties and heat aging properties could be reduced by the degree of protein removal
increases. Enzymatic hydrolysis of protein removal process could effectively reduce the total protein content, while
the adsorption precipitation process could effectively remove water-soluble proteins and other non-rubber substances
and achieve the double purpose of reducing allergy and purifying rubber. Adsorption precipitation method for protein
removal is superior to enzyme hydrolysis method . |
