Abstract:
Agricultural land moderate scale operation plays an important role in innovating the mechanism of agricultural operation, ensuring food security and improving the efficiency of agricultural production. Based on the research of Chongzhou, the grain moderate scale management organization is divided into eight groups by using SPSS system clustering method. The comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural land moderate scale operation benefit is constructed from the three dimensions of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. Getting the index weight by AHP, and using the method of entropy corrected of weighting coefficients, the contribution of three dimensional benefits to grain scale comprehensive benefit, different scale groups of comprehensive benefit and the organization’s overall operating conditions of grain appropriate scale management in Chongzhou city are estimated. The results show that: in the weights of comprehensive indexes, the contribution of the three dimensional benefits to the comprehensive benefits was different, followed by economic benefits( 0.4044), ecological benefits( 0.3299) and social benefits( 0.2657); In different groups,53.33-66.67 hm2,30.33-53.33 hm2,66.67-100.00 hm2, the three groups of scale have the highest operating efficiency. On the whole, the comprehensive benefits of grain moderate scale operation in Chongzhou are still in the general level, the scale of operation is relatively small, and the development of large-scale operation organizations of different forms is not balanced. On this basis, measures such as strengthening agricultural land circulation and improving agricultural support policies are put forward to promote the continuous growth of the appropriate scale operation of grain agricultural land.
