Abstract: |
The study was conducted to investigate the proliferation and resisitance of Baclillus coagalans.
The results showed that:the optimum medium formula included sodium chloride 2 g/L,peptone 5 g/L,yeast
powder 25 g/L,maltose 6 g/L,magnesium sulfate 1.2 g/L,manganese sulfate 0.3 g/L,sodium phosphate dibasic∶
sodium dihydrogen phosphate 3.0 g/L∶5 g/L;the optimum culture conditions were as folbous: the initial pH value
of 7.4,180 r/min,at 37℃ for 20 h speed training,the total number of colonies can reach 3.8×1011 CFU/mL. …
B. coagulans resistance values:D80℃ = 82.24 min,R2
80℃ = 0.9943,D90℃ = 47.92 min,R2
90℃ = 0.9955,D100℃
= 16.92min,R2
100℃ = 0.9944. The thermal death curve equation was y = -3.266x + 342.96. In the environment of
pH value of 2~6 and 0.2%~1.4% pig bile salt solution, the survival rate of B. coagulans was 100%. The aim of this
experiment is to provide basis for the application of this strain in feed fermentation industry. |
