Abstract:
      The difference of resveratrol content in peanut sprouts under different culture modes,culture days and different tissue locations,and the changes of resveratrol content in peanut seedlings were studied. In this paper, peanut germination was carried out by two ways:water culture and soil culture,HPLC was used to detect and analyze resveratrol content under different culture days in peanut bud in order to select the best germination time,then using the self-made hydroponic device to further develop peanut bud into peanut seedlings,whose contents of resveratrol in roots,stems and leaves were analyzed. The results indicate that:the highest content of resveratrol was found in peanut bud in 5th day of germination,the total resveratrol contents in soil and water cultured peanut bud were 117.6, 42.27μg/g respectively. The root system of peanut seedlings was developed by self-made hydrcponic device,the total resveratrol contents in root and stem of peanut seedlings were higher than that in stems and leaves,with 143.4μg/g. The device is manufactureed by simple material,its operation is simple,and its cost is 350.0 Yuan. A variety of vegetables and flowers can be planted on it,it changes the pattern of traditional fruits and vegetables planted mainly in fields.
