Abstract:
      To explore the present situation of the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco of Jiangxi province, entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the flue-cured tobacco sensory characters of middle and upper leaves of 16 main producing areas in Jiangxi province. The results showed that the sensory quality of upper leaves was better than that of middle leaves,81.25% of the upper leaves and 56.25% of the middle leaves were subordinate to the upper portion of the“ medium” and above grades. The irritation,aftertaste and volume of aroma were the uppermost influential factors which impact the flue-cured tobacco sensory characters of middle leaves,the volume of aroma,consistency and strength were the uppermost influential factor which impact the fluecured tobacco sensory characters of upper leaves. As a whole,the sensory quality of Anfu and Xinfeng was better.
