Abstract: |
Thiamethoxam, one of the representative products of the second generation of neonicotinoid
insecticides with broad insecticidal spectrum, quick speed, and long available period, has been applied to many
kinds of agricultural products, including vegetables, fruits and rice, etc. The negative effect of thiamethoxam on
beneficial organisms,i.e.,bees,has gradually obtained popular attention in the world;therefore, the regulation
on the maximum residue limit( MRLs) of thiamethoxam has been established in many countries. It is necessary
to develop simple, fast, sensitive and reliable detection methods in order to meet the detection requirements of
thiamethoxam residue limits in various agricultural products. The detection methods of thiamethoxam residues in all
sorts of agricultural products in recent years were systematically summarized, including comparison and analysis
of the aspects of sample preparation,extraction,clean-up,measurement techniques, and so on. The development
prospects of the detection methods were also discussed in the end,so that some scientific research can be provided for
future research, and also provide reference for the further evaluation of environmental safety. |
