Abstract: |
In order to prepare the wettable powder formulation of Photorhabdus luminescens and apply it to the
postharvest storability of litchi, the optimal pesticide adjuncts tested were screened based on the effects of adjuncts
on microbial activity and formulation properties using orthogonal test, and its effects on the postharvest storability of
litchi were investigated. The optimal formulation were confirmed as follows:the content of filler diatomite, wetting
agent Chaku powder, dispersing agent CMC-Na,UV protection agents dextrin were 40%,4%,6% and 0.2%,
respectively. The quality of this formulation showed that the bacterial count of P. luminescens wettable powder could
come up to 5.0×108 CFU/g,and pH value was 6.8,wetting time was 51 s,suspension rate was 74.83%,and
moisture content was 2.87% which came up to the formulation standard. Spraying with P. luminescens wettable powder
could significantly lessening the decay index( 0.13) and increase the commodity rate of litchi. |
