Abstract: |
Excrement and green plant waste were chosen as material in composting experiments to study the
influence of bacteria agent and different proportion of excrement and green plant wastes on composting effect. The
results showed that the temperature of every treatment was kept to 50℃ over 14 days and EC values was below 1.9
mS/cm,which was consistent with sound standard for compost. The pH value of every treatment increased first and
then decreased, and then tended to increased, leading to keep between 8.0~8.4,and products became thoroughly
decomposed. After the compost was completely mature, the total nitrogen concentration of every treatment was T4
> T3 > T2 > T1. The result of germination index showed that the maturity of four treatments were T4 > T2 > T3
> T1. Therefore,it showed that inoculating microbial agent and excrement: garden plant waste of 3∶5 had best
composing effect, which not only accelerated the decomposing of compost and reduced the toxicity, but also improved
the quality of production. |
