Abstract: |
In order to clarify epidemic dynamics of sheath blight disease and its influencing factors in field,
the occurrence of the disease and population of Rhizoctonia solani in soil were systematically investigated in 2015,
and the impact of meteorological factors and total number of bacteria in soils were analyzed using SAS software.
Meanwhile, the resistance of 14 tobacco cultivars to sheath blight disease was tested. The results showed that
the first signs of disease appear at the resettling growth stage during harvest, the disease spread rapidly at the
topping stage, reaching its peak on pick period. Weekly average relative humidity( x4) and pathogen quantity in
soil( x7) were closely related with disease index( y),with regression equation y = 0.02018x4 + 0.03945x4 - 1.0054
(R2 = 0.994). Fourteen tobacco cultivars had different levels of disease resistance to the disease. Among them,
Yunyan 97,Honghuadajingyuan,Yunyan 87 and Yunyan 100 were resistant cultivars,Yunyan 203 and Anyan
No.2 were moderate susceptible and susceptible ones, respectively, while the remaining cultivars were categorized as
moderately resistant ones. |
