Abstract:
To investigate the relationships between intensity, composition of bleading sap and yields of the Xikehui 768,two Xikehui 768 cultivars were used as experiment materials, and Yixiang You 2115 was used as control. The results showed that yields of both Nei 5 You 768 and B You 268 significantly higher than Yixiang You 2115. Moreover, the 1 000-grain weight, effective panicle number and seeds setting rate of the Xikehui 768 had a greater effect on their yield. Besides, the bleeding intensity in tested cultivars reached peak at the active tillering stage,in which Yixiang You 2115(632.89 mg/mL)> Nei 5 You 768(506.67 mg/mL)> B You 268(454.24 mg/mL),while it reached the lowest at maturity,in which B You 268(29.45 mg/mL)> Nei 5 You 768(27.01 mg/mL)> Yixiang You 2115(24.41 mg/mL). The correlation analysis on yield and bleeding intensity showed that the yield significantly negative correlation with the bleeding intensity at the active tillering stage;and there was a significant positive correlation during the reproductive growth stage. In conclusion, both bleeding intensity and the components of bleeding sap in the Nei 5 You 768 and B You 268 were different at the same stage;the bleeding intensity and bleeding saps compositions of the same cultivar had discrepancy in different periods. At the vegetative growth stage, the bleeding intensity and components of bleeding sap are not beneficial to rice yield inprovement, while in the stage of reproductive growth phase, they can improve rice yield.
