Abstract: |
To investigate the effects of fertilization treatments on soil quality of mine reclaimed land, this study
evaluated the effects of different fertilization treatments on soil microbial community in core-mining subsidence
area. Eight kinds of fertilization treatments and one control treatment were set in 1-year reclaimed soil, including
ryegrass treatment,alfalfa treatment,ryegrass+chemical fertilizer treatment,alfalfa+chemical fertilizer treatment,
ryegrass+microbial fertilizer treatment,alfalfa+microbial fertilizer treatment,ryegrass+chemical+microbial fertilizer
treatment, alfalfa+chemical+microbial fertilizer treatment. The results showed that:fertilization treatments had
certain roles in promoting the quantity of soil microorganism, but the impact of different fertilization treatments on the
quantity of soil microorganism varied. And the treatment of green manure+chemical fertilizer+ microbial fertilizer had
the most remarkable influence on the quantity of soil microorganism, with the increases by 430.1% and 387.9% under
ryegrass+chemical+microbial fertilizer treatment and alfalfa+chemical+microbial fertilizer treatment than the control.
The range of change in quantity of soil microorganism was in order of actinomyces>bacteria>fungl; The quantity of
actinomyces, bacteria and fungl was 2.4-5.8,2.0-4.2 and 1.5-3.5 times higher under fertilization treatments than
that under control. This result indicated that fertilization treatments simulated the of soil microorganism in coremining
subsidence area. And the treatment was the most effective when green manure chemical fertilizer and microbial
fertilizer mixed together. |
