Abstract: |
The sugar analysis and detection runs through the whole production process of sugar industry,
testing the raw materials to ensure that the quality of product meets the production requirements. The inspection of
semi finished products in the production process can provide basis for the improvement of production process, and
the inspection of finished products can ensure the quality of products, and it can not be used in different process flow.
Traditional sugar analysis technology has many shortcomings, such as long analysis time,no simultaneous analysis
of multiple items, lack of accuracy and precision. With the promulgation and implementation of the national standard
for GB13104-2014 sugar safety, the quality and safety of sugar have been paid more and more attention. Through
the study of molecular spectroscopy( UV visible spectroscopy, near infrared spectroscopy),atomic spectroscopy
(atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic emission spectrometry) and chromatography( gas chromatography, liquid
chromatography) ,the application of modern instrument analysis technologies in the field of sugar analysis was
summarized, such as the analysis of components in sugar, pollutants and additives,to ensure the efficient operation
of sugar production process and the safety of product quality, and to provide a scientific basis for the renewal of
inspection methods and standards. |
