Abstract:
To understand the differentiation of flower bud of Camellia gauchowensis Chang, and to grasp the characteristics of its differentiation, and provide technical support for the regulation and control of the flowering period of C. gauchowensis Chang. Taking C. gauchowensis Chang as the object of study, paraffin sectioning method was used to observe flower bud differentiation process, and to study its external morphology and development process; water content change and nutrient content change. The results showed that the flower bud differentiation of C. gauchowensis Chang from mid-May to mid-October every year, the duration of the flower bud was about 100~120 d; The length and width of flower bud showed a slow - Fast - slow "S" type growth; The water content was between 41.51%~55.32% and occurrred a decline-rise-decline trend. The nutrient content of flower bud fluctuates greatly, and the change trend of different elements was different. The differentiation time of flower bud of C. oleifera in Gaozhou was different, and the light was good for the early differentiation of flower bud. The external morphology of the flower bud could directly reflect the changes of the internal structure.
