In the process of banana tissue culture, the crude toxin of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was added to the tissue culture medium to determine the sensitivity of different varieties of banana towards the crude toxin, and the slice culture buds were subjected to multiple mutagenesis to screen resistant varieties. The results showed that the sensitivities of five varieties of banana in vitro to the toxins was Nongke No.1 > Fen jiao > Fen za > Brazilian banana > Dongguan plantain , which was inconsistent with the disease resistance of the real varieties in the field. It indicated that Fusaric acid had pathogenic effects on banana varieties with different resistance, but the sensitivity of banana in vitro culture to the crude toxin and the resistance of banana varieties had no correlation. The semi-lethal concentration of the crude toxin was 40.63 mg/L and 31.82 mg/L through the slice-induced adventitious buds of Brazilian banana and Nongke No.1, and the stable toxin-resistant buds were obtained through repeated mutagenesis of the crude toxin. |
