Abstract:
      Taking the example of exploration and practice of Academy-locality cooperation pattern of Foshan branch, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, this paper discussed the innovative ideas and methods adopted in the management mode, summarized the new results achieved in the Academy-Locality cooperation pattern, and put forward corresponding countermeasures against the existing problems. On the basis of a brief summary of the branch construction of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, this paper analyzed the innovative thinking and practice of Foshan branch's management model from the aspects of system guarantee, innovation mechanism, project cooperation and talent management. And then it combed the construction progress and effectiveness of Foshan branch from the perspective of agricultural science and technology innovation, achievement transformation, personnel training and management efficiency, and discussed the problems existing in the management mechanism of Foshan branch from the aspects of material, matter, person and rule At last, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, including perfecting the top-level design, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, construction of agricultural talent team, accelerating the achievements transformation of agricultural scientific and technological and perfecting the network information means to promote the innovation of management mechanism of Foshan branch.
