【Objective】Twenty representative Pueraria lobata germplasm resources were collected for quality analysis, and good quality materials were selected as breeding reserves.【Method】2,6-dichlorophenol titration, colorimetric method, enzymatic hydrolysis method, ultraviolet absorption method and acid-base washing method were used to test the contents of vitamin C, reducing sugar, starch, protein and dietary fiber of 20 P. lobata germplasm resources.【Result】There were significant differences in the contents of various nutrient components of the 20 P. lobata germplasm resources, and the coefficient of variation was between 18.2% and 45%. According to the comprehensive scores by the average membership function method and the principal component analysis, the top three varieties were Zhongluotan Pueraria, Shaoguan Huoshan Pueraria and Foshan Heshui Pueraria. Zhongluotan Pueraria had high vitamin C, reducing sugar, starch, protein and dietary fiber of 21.45 mg/100g, 0.45 g/100g, 30.78 g/100g, 2.73 g/100g and 1.24%, respectively. Pueraria of Huizhou Longmenmazha and Yunanducheng were among the worst ranked Pueraria. Pueraria with middle scores were relatively chaotic and not comparable for the time being. By using systematic cluster analysis method, four groups were divided according to the comprehensive quality, and the their quality ranked as follows: Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ .【Conclusion】The experiment results can provide certain data support and references for the evaluation of nutritional quality of P. lobata, and provide a foundation for the innovative development and further processing of the improved varieties of P. lobata. |
