| 【目的】研究中国大陆荔枝发展现状及趋势，提高种植户收益。【方法】用比较分析方法，通过
2017、2018 年荔枝种植面积和市场需求分析中国大陆荔枝市场的发展现状。【结果】中国大陆荔枝生产面积相
对稳定，约占全球荔枝生产面积的 52.60%，2018 年中国大陆荔枝产量约为 302.81 万 t，与 2017 年相比，增幅为
54.82%，创历史新高，约占全球荔枝产量的 61.34%。总体来看，中国大陆荔枝市场需求旺盛但价格在相对低位
运行，优质荔枝品种占比增加；以提质增效为目的的品种区域布局和区域品种布局调整加速；内外双力驱动下
荔枝产业将向资本技术型生产方式逐步变革，产业质素不断提升；社会化专业服务队伍日益壮大，服务规范化
和专业化水平及其影响力将进一步提升；荔枝一二三产业融合发展开始提速；电子商务等新型销售方式加速发展，
倒逼产业升级的作用进一步显现。【结论】为促进荔枝产业可持续发展，必须充分发挥专家智库作用，打造现
代化荔枝产业链，培养和培训产业经营人才，制定有针对性的政策和具体的因应措施，并切实落实。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| 【Objective】The research was conducted to study the development status and trend of litchi in mainland
China and improve the income of litchi growers. 【Method】 The development status of the litchi market in Chinese mainland
was analyzed by comparing the planting area and market demand of litchi in 2017 and 2018. 【Result】 The production
area of litchi in mainland China is relatively stable, accounting for about 52.60% of the global production. In 2018, litchi
production in mainland China reached a record high of about 3.0281 million tons, which increased by 54.82% compared
with that in 2017, accounting for about 61.34% of the total production globally. In general, the litchi has a strong market
demand in mainland China, but the price is relatively low, and the proportion of high quality litchi varieties increases. The
regional variety layout and regional variety layout adjustment has been accelerated to improve the quality and efficiency
of litchi production. Driven by both internal and external forces, litchi industry will gradually be transformed to capitaltechnology production mode, and the industrial quality will be constantly improved. The socialized professional service teams
are expanding day by day, the service standardization and specialization level and its influence will be further enhanced. The integrated development of litchi primary, secondary and tertiary industries begin to speed up. The development of e-commerce
and other new ways of sales is accelerating, forcing the role of industrial upgrading further. 【Conclusion】 In order to promote the
sustainable development of litchi industry, it is necessary to give full play to the role of expert think tank, build a modern litchi
industry chain, cultivate and train industrial management personnel, formulate targeted policies and specific countermeasures,
and implement them effectively. |
