      【目的】研究外源钙对槟榔生长、生理及养分吸收的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验的方法,应用不同钙浓度(0、50、100、200、300、400、500 mg/kg)处理,测定不同钙浓度处理下槟榔形态变化、生理响应及养分吸收状况。【结果】外源钙处理浓度≤ 300 mg/kg 时,槟榔在形态、生理、养分吸收方面均积极响应,随钙处理浓度增加,槟榔叶片可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量增加,抗氧化酶系统 SOD、POD、CAT 活性增加,槟榔渗透调节作用和活性氧清除能力增强,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)降低,提高了钙的积累量和转移系数,增加氮、磷、钾养分吸收,促进槟榔株高、根长、根数和干物质等形态指标;钙浓度≥ 400 mg/kg 时,随钙浓度增加,槟榔叶片中可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量下降,抗氧化酶系统 POD、CAT 活性降低,槟榔细胞渗透调节和活性氧清除能力下降,MDA 增加,氮磷钾钙积累开始减少,槟榔生长随钙浓度增加而减弱。【结论】槟榔适宜的钙处理浓度200~300 mg/kg,此时渗透调节,抗氧化酶系统,氮、磷、钾、钙养分吸收,钙地上部转移能力等处于较高水平, 促进槟榔生长。

      【Objective】The study was carried out to explore the effects of exogenous Ca on the growth, physiology and nutrient absorption of betel nut.【Method】Different Ca concentration(0 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg)treatments were used to study the morphological changes, physiological response and nutrient absorption status of betel nut by the method of pot experiment.【Result】The morphology, physiology and nutrient absorption of betel nut all responded positively when the exogenous Ca concentration was less than or equal to 300 mg/kg, with the increase of Ca treatment concentration, the soluble sugar and proline contents of betel nut leaves increased, the antioxidant enzyme system SOD, POD, and CAT activities increased, the osmotic regulation and active oxygen scavenging ability of betel nut were enhanced, and the reduction of membrane lipid peroxidation products malondialdehyde(MDA)improved the accumulation of Ca and transfer coefficient, increased the absorption of N, P and K nutrients, and promoted the plant height, root length, root number and dry matter of betel nut. When the Ca concentration was more than or equal to 400 mg/kg, with the increase of Ca concentration, the content of soluble sugar and proline in betel nut leaves decreased, the activity of antioxidant enzyme system POD and CAT decreased, the osmotic regulation and active oxygen scavenging ability of betel nut cells decreased, MDA increased, and the accumulation of N, P, K and Ca began to decrease, and the growth of betel nut decreased with the increase of Ca concentration.【Conclusion】The suitable Ca treatment concentration of betel nut is 200-300 mg/kg. At this point, osmotic aregulation, antioxidant enzyme system, N, P, K and Ca nutrient absorption, and aboveground Ca migration capacity are at a high level to promote the growth of betel nut.
