| 冷链物流对提高农产品产业链供应链韧性、提高农产品应急保障能力和推动农业高质量发展具有重要意义。推动粤港澳大湾区农产品冷链物流高质量发展，既是发展现代服务业、完善都市农业产业链的重要内容，也是打造大湾区优质生活圈的重要支撑。从粤港澳大湾区独特的区位和产业空间视角出发，基于全产业链分析大湾区农产品冷链物流产业特点、发展空间和市场需求。大湾区农产品冷链物流产业链条完整，企业数量和规模居于全国前列。“冷链物流 + 跨境电商”“生鲜电商 + 冷链宅配”“冷链物流 + 预制菜”等新模式、新业态的兴起，将为大湾区农产品冷链物流业带来新动力。同时大湾区农产品冷链物流业也面临标准体系不完善、全程冷链覆盖率低、冷链资源整合度不高、城市限行政策困扰冷链配送、信息化水平不高、全程监管难度大等关键问题。在新形势、新格局下，要充分认识冷链物流在现代农产品供应链中的战略性地位，通过优化冷链物流产业布局，改善冷链物流产业发展环境，着力补足农产品冷链物流“最先一公里”和“最后一公里”的突出短板，同时依靠科技创新，推动农产品冷链物流智慧化、绿色化、标准化发展。 |

| Cold chain logistics is of great significance to improving the supply chain resilience of agricultural product industry chain, enhancing the emergency security capability of agricultural products and promoting the highquality development of agriculture. Promoting the high-quality development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (hereinafter referred to as the GBA) is not only an important part of developing modern service industry and improving urban agricultural industry chain, but also an important support for building a high-quality life circle in the GBA. From the perspective of the unique location and industrial space of the GBA, the study analyzes the characteristics, development space and market demand of the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in the GBA based on the whole industrial chain. The cold chain logistics industry chain of agricultural products in the GBA is complete, and the number and scale of enterprises are in the forefront of the country. The rise of new models and new formats, such as “cold chain logistics + cross-border e-commerce”, “fresh e-commerce + cold chain home distribution”, “cold chain logistics + ready-to-cook food”, will bring new impetus to the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in the GBA. At the same time, the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in the GBA is also faced with key problems such as imperfect standard system, low coverage of the whole process of cold chain, low integration of cold chain resources, urban traffic restriction policy, low informatization level, and great difficulty in the whole process of supervision. Under the new situation and pattern, we should fully understand the strategic position of cold chain logistics in the modern agricultural product supply chain, improve the development environment of cold chain logistics industry by optimizing the industrial layout of cold chain logistics, and strive to make up for the outstanding weaknesses of the “first kilometer” and “last kilometer” of agricultural cold chain logistics. At the same time, we should rely on scientific and technological innovation to promote the intelligent, green and standardized development of agricultural cold chain logistics. |
